This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that is important to address.
Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

Hi,
Yes, the IP is the only one missing. I looked through the SQL view again and some of the issues that I saw was due to how some of our printers were set up initally.
I assume the OP means the REMOTE SYSTEM IP is omitted, but the OP would need to confirm. -Bob
OUTPUT_QUEUE_INFO already returns columns for REMOTE_SYSTEM_NAME REMOTE_PRINTER_QUEUE MANUFACTURER_TYPE_AND_MODEL. Is there something wrong with those values today?
The only column in your list that is not returned is the IP address. Can you confirm that this is the only piece of information that is missing?

This seems more like a system administration idea than Db2. - Vern
the output_queue_info does not have all of the information, for example, IP address, remote system, manufacturer type and model etc. That is what this idea is for to enhance the existing views to include this information. - Marina
There is an SQL VIEW named OUTPUT_QUEUE_INFO that provides that information.
It even returns the first Write job info with it. That should give you what you need.
