Authorization list or similar for User Profiles / Function Usage for Role Swapping

When you need to swap profiles from one "Application user" to the "real user" (for example if you are running web services), the application user must have *Use privilegies for the user profile. If you need to give permission to a user to several users you need to do it one by one as you can't add a user profile to an Authorization List. The other option is to make the user *ALLOBJ (not a good idea).

I suggest to have something similar to an authorization list for this case, so you can enter several users and give the application user permission to that list. Also it will be good to have a function_usage to give swap permissions to all users without the need of being *ALLOBJ.

I think this should be marked high as role swapping is very normal in environments when we are executing APIs and validating the user via tokens, etc and you need to switch the user to the one indicated in the token.
