Adding Spool files in Missed Object Policy

We can see now Missed object policies do not support folder and documents or spooled files., If we can add these also, it will useful for for many back up errors

    The BRMS team does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time.

    The request does not align with the strategy for future investment. Due to poor performance of restoring spooled files using BRMS, the recommended approach is to use an *OBJ list rather than a *SPL list which is referenced on the BRMS wiki at https://helpsystemswiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IWT/pages/165642320/Improving+performance+when+restoring+spooled+files. When using an *OBJ list, the missed objects support does handle *OUTQ objects as part of the missed object processing.
