The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority requirement that is important to be addressed. IBM should give RDi Mac users the same level of support that Windows users get.

Users are now in a position where they can't use RDi on their Macs and a resolution needs to be found very quickly.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

My request is a little more all embracing. I would simply like IBM to give RDi Mac users the same level of support that Windows users get. Mac installation has been an on-going nightmare for several years now and despite having jumped through many hoops and reinstalls of RDi and IM I still do not have a reliably working** install on Catalina have resisted upgrading due to the anticipated problems.

** Mostly exploding and disappearing plug-ins.
