IBM ACS Spool File Download hangs ay 99% if download started whilst the Spool File was Open

If you use ACS Spool File Download function on a Spool File that is at Status Open, and allow the download to get to 99%, the download hangs and will never completes, even if the spool file is later closed the spool file status changes to Ready

Support stcp on IBMi. I have used IBM system exclusivily for 50 years. I have to use a Linux partition to access stcp now.

Most other platforms support stcp "Stream Transmission Control Protocol" I don't understand why you haven't already. Diameter/internet gateway communitcations from the QOS Gx servers require stcp.
