CHGCNTINF or WRKCNTINF: Add mailing vs site address

Neither of our data centers get US Mail. All mail goes to corporate. Therefore on
WRKCNTINF
2. Work with local service information
I would like to have two addresses:
- Mailing address
- Physical site location.

Use Case:

When a box calls in for support why should they dispatch someone local to where I get US Mail instead of the state where the data center is?

IBM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize it.

In a previous job, I had servers in Alabama, New Jersey, and New York (state). Only the server in Alabama was located in a location with company personnel on-site - the other 2 were in co-lo sites. There were numerous occasions when our service rep in Alabama would show up with parts needed to repair a server at one of the other locations because the contact information had a 205 area code.

Need fields to show actual address of the hardware plus the contact information of the person responsible for the hardware and any contacts at the hardware location rather than billing address.

Additionally some of the fields appeared to be created when we were attempting to put the entire call record on a single Hollerith card! Let us enter entire company names (The Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS does NOT appreciating being shortened to "The Grand Rapids [Deleted]")

Data Center Address/Location needs to allow for sufficient information for the tech to actually find the server.

    Server Physical Address:
Site Name: (50 Character name of the data center (DC) the thing lives in.)
Customer DBA: (50 Character customer identifier for the DC.)
Suite number: (15 Character text field for the site within the DC.)
Rack Location: (15 Character Rack Number.)
Site City: (Min 30 Character City Name)
Site State: (2 character State/Province name)
Site Zip: (10 Character Alpha field)
Site Contact number: (Phone number field for DC access, NOC etc)
Site Contact extension: (In case an extension is required)

DUMP the 'Fax Number' (The 1980s called and want their Fax machine back.)

ADD Cell Number fields to enable texting between CSR and Customer.

I had another incident over the Holy Days where the physical location and the mailing location were not in the same county. This really does need to be addressed.
