ACS file explorer address bar

The problem here is that the file location has to already be mapped as a drive. It will not let me browse to the server location to find a file.
If I wanted to migrate a DTF to ACS it would be difficult to nearly impossible. We have many DTF files all over the server. It is not possible to map a drive to every DTF file location.
If I just want to use an ACS transfer that is setup I will experience the same thing. I can't map drives just to accommodate ACS and its lack of ability.

Use Case:

I open ACS Data Transfer. I click Actions and Data Transfer Migration. I click Add. I get a file explorer screen to tell ACS where the DTF is located. I have attached screen shots of this. Also same problem exists for the "browser" in the Data Transfer to get the file name. Screen shot also attached.
As an administrator I have to be able to get to every DTF and fix issues or update selection criteria. We cannot accumulate all of the transfer files into one location because of the security measures needed for many of them. Security has already been set to protect them where they are. Windows file explorer functionality is universal and should be used here for us to browse to the files. I don't understand the limitation.

Sorry, I know this RFE is already marked declined.

But any security audit would fail miserably having the root shared. From a security standpoint, this is an ***ABSOLUTE*** NO NO!

Thank you for submitting your Request For Enhancement. After evaluating your submission, the decision at this time is to not provide this support.
However, there is an existing solution already available, but you will need to enable a file share on the IBM i server where you need to browse. If you enable the ROOT file share, then you can browse anywhere you want. With a file share enabled, you could specify the following for the "File Name:" (not the "Look in" field): \\server\fileshare. If you had the ROOT file share setup, it would be: \\your-server-name\ROOT. Then you could browse to anywhere on that server. The "File name:" does not work with just the server name. You must give it an enabled file share to allow browsing.

I have added the screen shot.
So I have to create a case with IBM and get the case number before the request is considered?
What is the PMRID? where is it?

We do not find any attached images. However, we are able to map network drives successfully to a variety of sources and use them from the file explorer panel presented. Please work with our Service team to resolve your issue. Once you have opened a Service call, provide the ticket number here under PMRID.
