Request a table function to display journal inheritance rules for libraries

Request a table function for journal inherit rules

In the course of auditing journal inheritance rules we found only two ways to display journal inheritance rules:

DSPLIBD to *PRINT
or
RTVLIBD

A table function that returns separate columns is much friendlier than unpacking the RTVLIBD INHRULES values.

Use Case:

To rapidly and easily audit journal inheritance rules over many libraries.

BM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this request.
