Keep system in restricted after GO SAVE 21 Merged

When performing a full system save (GO SAVE 21) the system will restart again when the save is complete.
In various situations it is critical to keep the system down after a backup to ensure a consistent state. This could be in relation to a save/restore migration or similar.
Could you please put an option to "Start system after save (Y/N)" on the GO SAVE 21 options? Thanks.
