Add Amazon Corretto functionality to Download Director

With previous Java vulnerabilities as well as recent increase in cost, Java is being decommissioned by some organizations for Corretto. Also, there are many institutions that have security firewalls in place blocking the ability to download ptf's through ftp methods making it difficult/impossible to access ptf's as Java is being removed from their systems. Please add Corretto functionality to download director so that method may continue to be used to access ptf's and not cause conflicts with organization's network security.

    I agree and would like to see Correctto supported. This has been a major obstacle for my organization.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority Idea that is important to be addressed.

    Some shops are limited to which open source java they download, corretto is what is required to run infor version 10.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
