Separate user attribute to enable only REST API access

To enable REST API access for an HMC user, I must enable whole WebUI access: chhmcusr -i "name=username,remote_webui_access=1" Technical users don't need WebUI access and shouldn't be able to login interactively. Please create a separate attribute...

Please make the newer HMC models like the 7063-CR1 & 7063-CR2 models be able to read USB flash drives formatted as exFAT or NTFS. The latest service pack ISO file for V10R1 (Service Pack 1021) is 5 GB and is too large to go on a USB drive formatted as FAT32. The HMC is onlt able to read FAT32 formatted flash drives so I can't do my service pack update using a USB flash drive. I have to perform using the network method which is a bit more cumbersome. If the HMC was updated to allow USB format exFAT or NTFS then I could do ISO updates that are larger than 4 GB using the USB flash drive like I have always done in the past. Thanks.

Makes it more convenient for everybody using the HMC to do updates.
