Allow users to require system name folder in printer output

We are moving away from iAccess and using ACS (Access Client Solutions). The users make extensive use of downloading spool files to .txt on the PC or network.

Problem:
1. When setting up the download location, the system name is not shown as being part of the path where the files will be downloaded to. When the file is downloaded, the system name is injected as a level in the path structure. Our users have written many scripts processing the data in the folders and these scripts fail because the files are not found.

Recommendation: Remove the system name or make it an option. it needs to be visible when setting up the download location.

2. If users only use 1 system, there is no need for the system name.

Recommendation: Make the system name an option. If the user selects to include the system name, show it in the download path when defining the download path. Our users think IBM is dumb...

3. Users should be able to define where the system name should be in the path. In our example, the reports should go to C:\pdf. They are going to C:\pdf\system_Name\.

Recommendation: Users should define where the system name should go Example: C:\System_Name\pdf. The system name should appear once only and not every time a user specifies a new folder example C:\myReports\System_name|other_folder...

Use Case:

Reports are used as reports but also the reports are "scraped" by tools such as Monarch to create new reports, journal entries, etc.

We will provide a checkbox which indicates whether or not the system name is appended to the specified path. The default will be as it is today so the box will be checked. This is planned for our next update (version 1.1.8.2) which will be available in April 2019.

IBM has received this requirement and is evaluating it. A response will be provided when evaluation is complete.
