Screen Designer: Support for SNGCHCFLD and other ENPTUI

Alter the operation of a field definition (perhaps via the Properties window) so that one may choose a DDS keyword before defining other properties of the field, rather than the other way around, as it is now.

For example, if I want to define a single-choice field (keyword SNGCHCFLD), it would be nice if I can specify this, and have RDP set the field Type to "Zoned", keyboard Shift to "Y", Length to "2", Decimals to "0", and Usage to "I" (or "B").

Currently, unless I _already_ know that a single-choice field must be numeric, type Y, length 2 with 0 decimals, input-capable (2Y 0B), the SNGCHCFLD keyword is cleverly hidden from me. So I turn to the DDS for Display Files manual, DDS keyword entries chapter, and search the documentation on SNGCHCFLD to determine required field attributes -- something which the RDP tool obviously already knows! So I'm forced to refer to documentation to determine these field requirements so that I can satisfy the tool; this seems backwards and not-at-all user-friendly.

I'm on RDP 8.5.1.

Use Case:

Add a named field to a display, and try to select the SNGCHCFLD keyword (Keywords tab) before defining the primary field attributes (Basics tab). The keyword does not appear.

This RFE has been re-evaluated.  Due to the relatively low number of votes, this RFE is now being declined.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for Power Systems

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for Power Systems

Sure. I think the issue is broader than keywords than CNGCHCFLD or MLTCHCFLD (and I don't know what "ENPTUI" means) ... but I don't really care what the title is. ;-)

Would you be okay with us changing the title of the RFE to something like "Screen Designer: Support for SNGCHCFLD and other ENPTUI"?
    It may garner more votes.
