This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

As mentioned in the update on 2019-04-26, the capability already exists. You need to use File->Save As Multiple Sessions... That will save all the sessions currently active and will reopen them as currently displayed. However, if you create the bchx file from 5250 Session Manager using "New Multiple Sessions", the position of the 5250 sessions is not known and therefore when you start the sessions using that bchx file, the sessions will open in the current active 5250 session window. You must use a bchx file that was created using File-Save As Multiple Sessions... in order to open the sessions in their own window as they were when saved.
If you have questions on how to use this support, please open a PMR and contact our Service team.
Attachment (Use case): Attaching a sample of how I have to start systems daily.
The ability to save your sessions as you have them setup already exists. After you have arranged all your sessions the way you want them, then from one of the emulator sessions select File->Save As Multiple Sessions... You will be prompted to provide a name for a new .bchx file. Once saved, you can use that .bchx file to start your sessions as they were previously arranged. Does that meet the requirement?
