When using GO PTF option 8, have a splash screen before options menu to remind review of PTF instructions such as cume
When using GO PTF opt 8 a splash screen comes up before the options menu that states if doing a major PTF update (such as cume and groups) to review the cume instructions and make sure any pre-req steps which are part of the cume instructions are completed prior to proceeding. This can even link to https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-i-group-ptfs-level where those instructions are found. This could also include verbiage about reviewing PTF cover letters as well if not doing cume and/or groups. As cume packages may have special instructions or pre-req steps that may change from one cume to the next many customer's don't review these or use the same steps for every package. This 'splash screen' would server as a reminder (and link to find said instructions) that they have to enter or F16 to continue through.
