Communication --> Configure --> Advanced. Please allow us to disable users access to the Advanced portion of the connection tree. We don't want the users to be able to change the protocol.

Less time spent getting users online if they are able to get into the advanced portion. We prefer to use 'Prompt Everytime' setting
