ACS IFS component-Need Initial Load Filter to reduce files loaded per directory. Not InterActive Filter of loaded files list.

We have IFS directories with 20,000-30,000 files in them. It takes forever to download the whole list of files in the directory, which must be loaded before we can use the interactive filter to narrow down what we are looking for.
At times, my network settings (out of my control) times out my connection and I can't get the whole list loaded to then filter to what I want to see.
This is NOT how iNav works. I can set a filter in iNav and it loads only that data filtered.
We need a way to select/filter only those we want loaded, and then interactive filter maybe from there. But I can't keep waiting 5-10 mins to load all the data to filter down to what I need to see and work with.

Use Case:

I need to see 20 rows fo 25,000 files in a given directory in the IFS.
I jump between 3 directories, each of which has 25,000 files in them. It takes me forever to get to the 20 rows I need.
Where a Loading criteria/filter(Like INav IFS has) would streamline this very quickly to only load what I want or a much smaller result set to then page thru or interactive filter to from there.

This is planned for our April 2019 update. We will add an additional option next to the existing interactive filter which will allow you to specify what files to include.

The requested feature is already available in Navigator for i and should work with the same functionality as System i Navigator. If filtering is not working correctly with Navigator for i, please open a PMR and report it to our Service team.

We are not able to provide the requested filtering on IFS within ACS at this time.

There are 2 filter options in the i Nav for Web in the IFS section that I have found. (once I actually got the browser open, logged on and drilled down into there, almost 10 mins later)
The Actions... drop down filter with the Includes... selection. (I couldn't get this one to work no matter what option, search criteria I used).
The Advanced Filter(icon on top right corner with 3 arrows pointing to the right). This one works and can be used to filter by multiple columns) This type of filter would be fine in the ACS IFS window for me.

The replacement for System i Navigator is the web based Navigator for i. The IFS in Navigator for i already provides the ability to filter what files are displayed. When displaying the contents of a directory, select Actions, then select "Include...". Is that the filtering you are requesting?
