This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

This is now available in our 1.1.8.3 update.
As long as the list is complete a wish for more is not needed ;-)
Many thanks for adding more.
Support to configure additional Hardware Management Interfaces will be provided in the November 2019 update. We will not be providing the capability to customize the name of the link.
The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed.
Background: The CEAC members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
To find out how CEAC help to shape the future of IBM i, see CEAC @ ibm.biz/BdYSYj and the article "The Five Hottest IBM i RFEs Of The Quarter" at ibm.biz/BdYSZT
Therese Eaton – CEAC Program Manager, IBM
IBM has received this requirement and is evaluating it. A response will be provided when evaluation is complete.
As a systems manager I am also missing here the option to add ARE to the list. ARE is a brilliant product which needs more adoption. By adding it to ACS here, this might help in getting that.
L.S.,
For the systems I am working on 2 will do. As my IBM i world is in the P05/P10 arena, I can imagine that for others more than 2 is needed. If it is easy to implement it would be nice if we look at the needs of all IBM i system configurations. As above P10 is not my world I hope others can share their opinion in giving you the right number to go for.
Greetings Rudi
Providing user named links will not be provided at this time. We are willing to consider other named links. What are your requirements for distinguishing between multiple Tape Management links? Will Tape Management 1, Tape Management 2, Tape Management 3 suffice?
